Genève Phillip-Durham is an academic and research consultant in the field of international relations; with a focus on comparative policy-making, capacity and institution building and governance in the Caribbean Small Island Developing States and Territories.

Genève currently serves on the Board of the Accreditation Agency of Curaçao, the Editorial Board for the Island Studies Journal, and the Advisory Committee for the UNESCO Chair in Island Studies and Sustainability.
