Fabio Lenzini is a lawyer in the corporate and energy department at DLA Piper and is based in the Rome office.

Fabio has extensive experience in the renewable energy, oil & gas and infrastructure sectors and an in-depth knowledge of the relevant legal frameworks and contractual standards.

Fabio has, over the past decade, supported Italian and foreign clients in the development, construction and financing of hundreds of MWs of photovoltaic power plants across the globe as well as wind, biomass and CSP power plants. He has also a wide experience in M&A energy transactions, having managed some of most relevant energy deals of the Italian market.
